Are you a performance-driven marketer who can turn ad spend into a predictable pipeline? Do you thrive on owning results — not just tasks — and building scalable systems that convert clicks into qualified opportunities? We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Specialist to take full ownership of our inbound engine, with a strong emphasis on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising. This role is ideal for someone who can step in quickly, optimize existing campaigns, and build high-performing funnels that drive measurable growth. You won’t just launch ads — you’ll architect the entire journey from first touch to qualified lead, continuously refining performance through data, testing, and automation. You will collaborate closely with the rest of the marketing team to implement innovative ideas that drive growth. Please note that this is an on-site position in Marietta, GA Responsibilities: What You'll Do: • Create and manage multi-channel marketing funnels across email, landing pages, digital ads, and website forms to attract, capture, and convert qualified leads • Fully own Meta ad campaigns for all service lines • Build and optimize workflows within HubSpot, including email sequences, lead scoring models, and lifecycle stage transitions • Develop reports and maintain dashboards in HubSpot to track campaign performance, conversion rates, and overall ROI • Collaborate closely with content, design, and intake teams to deliver seamless user journeys and ensure smooth lead handoffs to our sales team • Implement and manage A/B testing strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and funnel conversion metrics • Monitor and improve cost-per-lead while continuously improving campaign efficiency • Set up and maintain UTM parameters, source tracking, and Google Analytics integration for accurate attribution and performance measurement • Identify opportunities for new lead magnets, conversion funnels, and automation campaigns • Troubleshoot issues in lead capture, delivery, or automation workflow performance Qualifications: What We Are Looking For: • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or funnel management • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (certifications a plus) • Proven track record of creating and maintaining high-performing lead generation funnels • Strong knowledge of email marketing, automation, and campaign segmentation • Comfortable working with data and analytics tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Excel) • Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and ad attribution models • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and meet deadlines Compensation: $60,000 yearly• What You'll Do: • Create and manage multi-channel marketing funnels across email, landing pages, digital ads, and website forms to attract, capture, and convert qualified leads • Fully own Meta ad campaigns for all service lines • Build and optimize workflows within HubSpot, including email sequences, lead scoring models, and lifecycle stage transitions • Develop reports and maintain dashboards in HubSpot to track campaign performance, conversion rates, and overall ROI • Collaborate closely with content, design, and intake teams to deliver seamless user journeys and ensure smooth lead handoffs to our sales team • Implement and manage A/B testing strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, and funnel conversion metrics • Monitor and improve cost-per-lead while continuously improving campaign efficiency • Set up and maintain UTM parameters, source tracking, and Google Analytics integration for accurate attribution and performance measurement • Identify opportunities for new lead magnets, conversion funnels, and automation campaigns • Troubleshoot issues in lead capture, delivery, or automation workflow performance Compensation: $60,000 per year
