PTA Job Details - Boston Healthcare Jobs Location: Boston, MA (02136 area) Estimated Weekly Pay: $1340 - $1440 Employment Type: Travel Contract Setting: Outpatient Rehabilitation Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: January 5, 2026 - End: April 4, 2026) Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week Shift Schedule: 8-hour shifts Monday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Tuesday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Thursday: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Schedule: No major holidays, weekends, or on-call required Dress Code: Scrubs or business casual Physical Therapy Assistant Qualifications At least 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant in a healthcare setting Active PTA license from the Massachusetts Board of Allied Health CPR/AED Certification required Experience in outpatient hospital or rehabilitation settings preferred Knowledge of Epic or Clindoc documentation systems is a plus PTA Responsibilities - Outpatient Rehab Deliver high-quality rehabilitation therapy to patients in an outpatient clinical environment Support and implement individualized treatment plans under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Accurately document patient progress and treatment outcomes using Epic/Clindoc systems Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient care and recovery Maintain a safe, welcoming, and patient-focused environment Apply now to join our Boston outpatient rehab team and take the next step in your Physical Therapy Assistant career!
