Schedule This position offers a day shift schedule from 08:30 to 17:00, with the possibility of working Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Therapist with acute rehab experience or a willingness to float with proper orientation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various rehabilitation techniques and the ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team. ResponsibilitiesDeliver and evaluate rehabilitation programs for patients. Collaborate with healthcare providers to promote optimal patient care. Provide education and support to patients and their families. Monitor and document patient progress in the electronic health record. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 3 years of experience in rehabilitation settings. Experience with the Epic charting system is required. Current valid California license.
