Position: Warehouse Distribution Associate Location: Tacoma, WA Pay: $17 to $19/hour (Depending on experience) Experience: Warehouse or general labor experience is a plus, but not required. Experience with heavy lifting and in the food service industry. Type: Full-time; Temp to Perm Schedule: Monday - Friday, Start time between 6am to 8am (Ability to work overtime on the weekends as needed) Logic Staffing is actively meeting with candidates for Warehouse Associate positions. What You'll Do: Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets manually or using equipment (e.g., pallet jacks). Sort, label, and move products to designated storage areas. Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with inventory counts and stocking shelves. Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. What You'll Bring: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime, as needed.
