Burkwood Treatment Center is a premier substance use disorder facility located in Hudson, Wisconsin. Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and new hire orientation processes. Provide day-to-day guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management. Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with federal/state labor laws. Coordinate workers’ compensation and leave administration. Foster a positive, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented work environment. Serve as an HR advisor to leadership, translating HR strategy into actionable practices. Maintain HR documentation, records, and reports with accuracy and confidentiality. Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that reflect our patient and staff communities. Assist in patient incident reporting and investigations in coordination with leadership and regulatory guidelines. Monitor and promote adherence to safety, risk management, and compliance protocols within the facility. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business or related field required. Experience supporting multi-disciplinary teams in a healthcare or recovery-focused environment is a plus Professional certification in Human Resources preferred.
