These positions provide Early Intervention preschool education services to children ages 3-5 years old. Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech & Language Pathology. Valid PA certification as a School Speech and Language Pathologist Valid PA licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist or eligible for licensure Experience with delivering speech services to children is preferred. Current Police, Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprint clearances required. Duties & Responsibilities: Provide direct service to students who present a variety of speech and language disorders in classrooms, homes, and/or educational sites. Evaluate students in the areas of speech and language as needed. Consult with parents and other professionals regarding speech and language. Write IEP's and re-evaluation reports. Participate in IEP meetings. Location: The Montgomery County Intermediate Unit is located in Norristown, PA and services children throughout Montgomery County, PA.
