Benefits:Low-cost Dental/Health/Vision insurance Dependent care reimbursement and up to 5 days paid FMLA for maternity, paternity, foster care, or adoption Generous 401K retirement plan Paid leave options available Up to $125 bonus for taking 5 days off in a row 10 paid holidays and 3 floating holidays Wellness Programs PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness) Employer Bonuses and incentives to reward dedication and hard work Mileage reimbursement in accordance with IRS rate Free financial planning through LoVasco Consulting Group and SoFi Student loan repayment options Pet Insurance Minimum Qualifications:Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited college or university LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, or LPC licensed in Michigan Meets qualifications as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) per Michigan PIHP/CMHSP Provider Qualifications Valid driver’s license and auto insurance Knowledge and understanding of co-occurring disorders (mental health and substance use) Essential Job Functions:Analyze clinical histories for diagnostic purposes and develop individualized treatment plans Conduct clinical interviews and provide individual, group, or family psychotherapy Maintain accurate records of treatment plans, progress, and significant case information Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team to address clinical interventions and concerns Administer, score, and interpret psychometric or projective tests as needed Perform case management functions and liaise with community agencies, vocational personnel, and other providers Conduct assessments for diagnostic purposes and review case histories to determine needs Prioritize individual needs and develop treatment plans including community-based service recommendations Provide short-term therapeutic counseling and crisis intervention as needed Authorize medically necessary services and evaluate individual progress Demonstrate trauma-informed care principles and assist individuals with trauma-related issues Complete all documentation in accordance with Medicaid and Department of Community Health guidelines, and Easterseals policies Provide crisis intervention coverage (phone support required 1 week per year) Attend monthly team meetings to review cases and plan solutions Easterseals MORC is proud to be recognized as one of Metro Detroit and West Michigan’s 101 Best & Brightest Companies to Work For!
