This is how you will grow: CAE Simulation: Perform crashworthiness (frontal, side, rollover, pedestrian), durability, and related testing Test Support: Plan, prepare, and analyze results from physical crash tests, correlating virtual models with real data. Design Guidance: Influence designs, identify safety enablers, and troubleshoot issues to meet performance goals. Performance Validation: Evaluate structural integrity and durability under various operational scenarios (e.g., fatigue, impact). Collaboration: Work with design, testing, and CAE teams to integrate safety throughout the product development lifecycle. Requirements This is how you will take us forward: Automotive OEM experience Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or a relevant field. 3 plus years of similar experience Ability to build strong working relationships with individuals at all organizational levels.
