Operator, CNC

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer and Machinist to join our team. This role involves programming, setup, and operation of CNC and manual machining equipment to produce high-quality components according to specifications. Key Responsibilities Program and set up CNC milling machines using G-CODE, either at the machine or through Mastercam. Work with Haas and Mazak machines. Maintain organized and up-to-date programs on the server, including backups. Provide detailed feedback to correct errors or discrepancies in documentation, BOMs, routings, and prints. Manufacture components based on routing, work orders, verbal/written instructions, and technical drawings. Operate a variety of machining equipment (lathe, mill, drill), both manual and CNC. Determine sequence of setups and operations within standard methods and procedures. Perform self-inspection and testing of parts upon job completion. Adhere to safety-sensitive requirements, including random drug testing. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience with CNC and manual machining equipment. Proficiency in G-CODE programming and familiarity with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks). Ability to read and interpret detailed prints/drawings and perform shop math (decimals and fractions). High School Diploma or GED preferred. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. Location & Travel Fully onsite position
