Controls Engineer Siemens

Job Description: PLC Programmer Responsibilities: Develop station logic and HMI as per Tesla standards independently. Independently test and validate the assigned station. General Requirements: Take complete responsibility for the assigned station. Flexibility to work in any shift. Valid USA visa is required. Minimum work experience: 6 - 8 years. Skill Set: Expertise in Siemens TIA Portal Version 18 and Siemens Safety PLC - 1518-F. Proficient in Siemens IPC integration and HMI development. Familiar with Siemens SiCAR standard. Familiar with Tesla PLC template for Siemens PLC (minimum 2 year of Tesla experience). Experience in S7 Graph logic. Strong knowledge of robotic station interface, sequencing, and interlocking. Familiar with Drives (VFD and Servo) - Siemens and SEW.
