Administer one-on-one speech therapy focusing on aspects such as communication, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing. Collaborate closely with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and family members to develop comprehensive care strategies. Provide educational resources and support to patients and families, fostering progress outside of sessions. Engage in occasional inpatient evaluations and therapeutic interventions to ensure seamless continuity of care. Maintain precise and timely documentation that adheres to state, federal, and organizational requirements. Commit to professional development through ongoing education and collaborative peer interactions. Education A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Skills Expertise in contemporary evidence-based treatment methods suitable for all ages, with a robust understanding of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Ability to modify therapy techniques to respect diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds. Strong clinical insights and problem-solving capabilities. Competence with electronic medical records and adherence to documentation protocols. Benefits Competitive salary reflective of experience level. Flexible scheduling to promote a healthy work-life balance alongside varied patient caseloads. Opportunities to specialize in pediatrics, adult neuro rehabilitation, or geriatric practices. Paid time off (PTO) and holiday compensation. Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options. Reimbursement for continuing education and support for professional growth. A collaborative work culture dedicated to quality care and lifelong learning. A Career That Moves with You - and Moves You In this position, you won't simply provide therapy - you'll become an integral part of a collective mission to revitalize voices, enhance communication, and foster moments of joy through the fundamental human act of understanding one another. You'll work side by side with peers who regard each other as family in an environment that values collaboration over competition. Every patient comes with a narrative; trust will be placed in you to help articulate it.
