What You'll Do: Expert Plumbing: Install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems with precision. Service & Diagnostics: Unclog and clean sewers/drains, diagnose complex malfunctions, and execute repairs based on work orders. Emergency Response: Respond to emergency calls, providing professional recommendations and immediate, high-quality solutions. Customer Excellence: Clearly explain options and costs to customers while maintaining a "service first" mindset. Documentation: Complete and submit accurate service records, warranty information, and paperwork. Professionalism: Maintain a clean, inventoried company truck and ensure all job sites are left spotless. Development: Actively participate in morning meetings, training exercises, and trade shows. What You Bring: Experience: Minimum 1+ years of professional, hands-on experience in residential plumbing and drain cleaning. Equipment Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to operate professional-grade drain cleaning tools, including electric snakes (augers), high-velocity hydro-jetters, and CCTV sewer cameras for pipeline inspections. Technical Skill: Ability to diagnose complex system failures and execute full-scale plumbing repairs. Communication: Strong written and verbal skills; ability to diffuse messy situations with professionalism. Reliability: Proven attendance record, valid driver's license (insurable record), and ability to pass a drug screen and background check. Character: High integrity and a desire to be better today than you were yesterday. Licensing: Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record Physical Requirements & Work Environment: Strength: Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy equipment weighing 50-75 lbs. Agility: Ability to frequently stoop, kneel, and crouch to work in tight spaces or crawl spaces. Heights: Ability to climb and work safely from ladders.
