Job Description The Project Executive will serve as a senior leader responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of renovation and new construction projects throughout the DC metropolitan area. This individual will manage a team of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers while ensuring all projects are executed safely, profitably, and to the firm's quality standards. The position requires strong client-facing capabilities, regular in-office presence, and participation in networking events, industry functions, and client meetings. The Successful Applicant 15+ years of commercial construction experience working for a General Contractor. Proven success overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong operational and leadership abilities. Currently functioning as a Project Executive or a Senior Project Manager ready to step up into executive leadership. Experience delivering renovations, interior modernization, and groundup projects up to $15M. Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop project teams, including PMs, APMs, and engineers. Strong client-facing skills and the professionalism required to represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking functions. Ability to support business development, relationship building, and strategic growth initiatives. Deep knowledge of scheduling, contract administration, financial management, and stakeholder communication. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a proactive, collaborative leadership style.
