Available shift(s): Monday-Friday, 7am - 3:30pm OR 8am - 4:30pm Responsibilities: Routine upkeep of parking lot and areas surrounding the buildings Garbage/Trash disposal Pressure washing and sweeping walkways and parking lot (if needed) Removal of miscellaneous debris surrounding facility grounds Requirements: Experience with cleaning commercial buildings a plus (but not required) Must have the ability to work with other crew members Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions Must have reliable transportation Steel toed shoes required (when applicable) Ability to work in hot conditions Equal Opportunity Employer: GDI, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and takes pride in maintaining a diverse environment.
