Senior Property Manager

Sr Property Manager - Denver, CO Oversee daily operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations. Develop and implement property management procedures. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to affordable housing. Manage budgets, financial reporting, and expense control to meet financial goals. Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs, as needed. Minimum of 4 years of multifamily property management experience including familiarity with Fair Housing laws and regulations. Minimum of 3 years of LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) experience including knowledge of affordable housing compliance process and regulations. Proven track record of effectively managing large teams of seven to ten or more staff. Strong knowledge of property management and financial reporting software such as RealPage OneSite or similar tools. Strong knowledge of leasing process. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comp $90-120K+bonus
