Overview Client is seeking a Master Data Analyst to own ERP master data quality, governance, and reporting across key business functions (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing). You'll maintain and optimize master data workflows, resolve data issues, support audits, and help ensure the ERP environment stays accurate, consistent, and business-ready. Core Responsibilities Create, update, and maintain ERP master data (customer, supplier, material, and financial records) Run routine checks, audits, and validation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across ERP modules Execute data cleansing and discrepancy resolution to improve data quality Document master data changes, processes, and governance policies Partner with stakeholders to define data standards, naming conventions, and business rules Troubleshoot ERP data issues in collaboration with IT and business teams Support ERP upgrades, migrations, and implementations by ensuring master data readiness Generate reports and dashboards to monitor data quality and performance Provide guidance and training to end users on ERP data processes and tools Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Technologies US Citizen required due to DOD/ITAR compliance requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related field 3-5+ years of experience with ERP systems and master data management Strong knowledge of data governance principles, compliance standards, and best practices Strong data quality experience (validation, cleansing, audits, documentation) dvanced Excel skills and experience with ERP reporting tools Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills or Experience Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or migrations Experience training end users on ERP workflows and data standards Work Details Location: 100% onsite - Fairport, NY Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (some overtime as needed) Interview Process: One round video interview with the direct manager Duration: 1-year assignment (possible extension based on demand) Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
