LTC LPN

LTC facility specializing in behavioral health in Terra Alta, WV needing full-time contract LPNs. Local and travel contracts available Shifts: Must be open to any shift. Will get assigned shift on the second day of orientation. Dayshift 6:30am-6:30pm or Night shift 6:30p-6:30a. May be mandated to stay up to 4 additional hours (for a 16 hr shift). Typically a rotating pattern such as 2-2-3, with every other weekend rotation. 36 hrs/week. Mandatory OT may be scheduled in times of need. Start: 6/16/25 or later Length: 13 weeks Orientation is 3 weekdays 8a-4p in a classroom setting followed by on the job training. LTC experience preferredMust not have any actions against nursing licenseMust have AHA BLSITEMS FOR PROFILE: Confirm you are open to ANY shift (No exceptions!) Desired start date Time off request (must be no more than 6 dates, no holidays, no exceptions) Current Resume Complete References through Cross Chq (separate email) Basic Life Support or CPR/AED certification. Must be from American Heart Association. MUST obtain prior to orientation Driver's License I will also send you a skills checklist to complete from Relias. It will only work from a computer. Once hired we will ask for the following: (if you have it readily available, you can send these items now to expedite the process) TB (within the last year) Physical (within last year) We will also conduct a criminal background check, drug screening, APS/CPS check, and WV Cares Clearance (fingerprints may be required). No past misdemeanors or felonies accepted.
