This role is essential in providing exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage, escorting guests, and safely transporting them to and from designated locations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and a commitment to delivering a memorable guest experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, assisting with luggage and providing directions as needed. Operate hotel shuttle vehicles safely and efficiently to transport guests to and from the airport, local attractions, and other designated locations. Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of shuttle vehicles and bell equipment. Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local area attractions to guests. Coordinate with front desk and other hotel departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures. Assist with other guest services duties as assigned by management. Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations while driving. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred. Ability to lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Knowledge of the Tampa area is a plus.
