Mechanical Project Manager

Job Description Project Manager - Mechanical Construction Overview We’re hiring a Project Manager to manage mechanical construction projects from start to finish. Ideal candidates have 2-5 years of mechanical project management experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering projects safely, on time, and on budget. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate mechanical projects from conception to completion Order materials/equipment, issue subcontracts, manage RFIs, change orders, and submittals Maintain knowledge of project scope, contracts, and general conditions Plan ahead to prevent and resolve project issues Estimate and sell projects (plan/spec, design/assist, design/build) Oversee fabrication shop work packages, material take-offs, and man-hour budgets Collaborate with Safety Department to manage risks and ensure compliance Qualifications 2-5 years mechanical project management experience Bachelor’s in construction management, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience Knowledge of HVAC and piping systems, building products, and construction practices preferred Familiarity with Microsoft Project, P6, and construction management software preferred Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills Benefits Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) Experience-based salary & discretionary annual bonus Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company contributions Paid Time Off, company holidays, and parental leave Tuition reimbursement & gym reimbursement Diversity & Inclusion We are an equal opportunity employer committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
