Key Responsibilities: • Perform CT scans on patients using specialized equipment, following the facilities established protocols and safety procedures. • Prepare patients for CT scans, explain procedures, and ensure their comfort and well-being throughout the process. Position patients correctly and administer contrast materials when necessary. • Ensure the production of high-quality diagnostic images, paying attention to detail and adhering to imaging protocols to assist in accurate patient diagnosis. • Follow radiation safety guidelines and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff during CT procedures. • Maintain accurate patient records, including imaging data and patient information. Ensure timely documentation in the hospital's electronic health record (EHR) system. • Collaborate effectively with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and assist in diagnosing medical conditions. Qualifications: • 2 Plus years' experience as CT Tech in Hospital setting • High school diploma or equivalent. • Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program. • ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in CT. • State licensure as a Radiologic Technologist. • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Attention to detail and a commitment to patient care and safety.
