The position includes managing an average patient load of 20-30 patients per day in the clinic. The Otolaryngologist will perform surgeries in various OR locations. Advanced technology, such as da Vinci Surgical Robots, will be utilized. Collaboration with an onsite audiology team and medical/surgical subspecialties is expected. Participation in a care team model with advanced practice providers for inpatient management is required. There is minimal backup call, as advanced practice providers cover primary calls. This position contributes to a collegial work culture that values work-life balance and physician wellness. Physicians will have input into practice patterns, schedules, and patient volumes. Teaching opportunities for medical students and advanced practice trainees are optional.
