This company specializes in commercial projects including but not limited to K-12, Light Industrial, Education, Healthcare, and Municipal. The Successful Applicant A successful construction Senior Project Manager should have: A background in construction management or a related field. A construction degree preferred Experience managing commercial construction projects over $10M+ 10+ years of commercial construction experience Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
