Chef for Upscale Locally Owned Restaurant

We are searching for an experienced Chef for a locally owned, upscale restaurant. Ideally, the Chef will have previous experience in a leadership role within the kitchen, designing menus and creating new dishes, as well as managing stock and dealing with situations that may arise in the kitchen that call for leadership. The position requires at minimum 5 years of experience with food preparation, perhaps as a Line Cook or a Sous Chef. It's also extremely helpful to have food management experiences having worked as a Restaurant Manager or Kitchen Manager. The primary focus of the Chef is the restaurant's kitchen; however, there is some coordination with the restaurant manager, particularly when new employees are being hired or financial budgets are being set with the owner.
