Aircraft Assembler

The Fountain Group is currently seeking an Aircraft Assembler for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in North Charleston, SCDetails for the position are as follows: Job Description: Pay $25.52-$31.04/HR based on experience. 12-month assignment, high likelihood of extension or conversion based on performance and budget. Shift information: Will be assigned to a shift - Must be open to all shifts. Position will mainly be responsible for assembly of aircraft and aviation systems via utilization of electrical installations such as wiring and soldering or structural installations of aircraft. Qualifications: High school diploma minimum education. MUST have prior aircraft maintenance or assembly experience (Academic experience is okay) MUST be able to utilize and follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, drawings or specifcations. Required skills for electrical team including: crimpers, multimeters, wire strippers, bond meters, wiring installations and termination, bonding, AC/DC power checks, resistance checking experience. Required skills for structural team including: conventional lathe, milling, precision measuring, power, pneumatic and hand tools as well as experience drilling, reaming, filling, removing, and installing fasteners, Shimming.
