Goalkeeper Coach - USL League Two & USL W League

Position: Goalkeeper Coach - USL League Two & USL W League Location: Miami, Florida Department: Technical Staff Reports To: Head Coach Salary: $500-$900 Stipend-based Duration: No later than May 1 - August 1, 2025 Hours: 15-20 hours/week, plus matchday Position Summary: The Goalkeeper Coach will be responsible for the development, training, and performance of the team's goalkeepers. This role includes leading technical and tactical goalkeeper sessions, assisting in match preparation, analyzing goalkeeper performance, and contributing to the overall defensive strategy of the team. Key Responsibilities: Plan and lead all goalkeeper-specific training sessions, integrated within the broader team schedule Focus on shot-stopping, distribution, positioning, communication, set pieces, and decision-making Conduct video analysis of goalkeeper performance during training and matches Support goalkeepers in physical preparation, mental focus, and confidence building Collaborate with the Head Coach and Sports & Performance Coach to monitor fitness, injury prevention, and recovery Assist with scouting opposition goalkeepers and preparing the team for how to exploit them Attend and support all training sessions, home matches, and select away matches Provide individual feedback to goalkeepers weekly and set personalized development goals Preferred Qualifications: USSF, UEFA, or equivalent Goalkeeping License preferred Playing or coaching experience at the college, academy, or semi-pro level Deep understanding of modern goalkeeper techniques and tactical role in team shape Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with video analysis tools (e.g., Hudl, Veo, Wyscout) is a plus CPR/First Aid certification preferred What You'll Gain: Direct experience coaching elite-level goalkeepers in a competitive USL League Two and/or USL W League environment Integration into a professional coaching team and exposure to advanced training systems Leadership opportunity with a nationally recognized development platform Professional development and networking within the USL and broader soccer ecosystem To Apply: Please submit your resume, a brief cover letter to Teamworks.
