Job DescriptionPosition: (B2B) Collections Specialist Setting: 100% on site Location: Browns Summit, NC 27214 Pay: $20 - $23/hour We are seeking an experienced B2B Collections Specialist local to Michigan with a robust background in commercial collections. This role is far from standard collections work; it involves handling a wide range of business-to-business collections across multiple waste streams, requiring flexibility and adaptability in approach. Responsibilities: Execute B2B collections across diverse client profiles with varying requirements. Manage lien waivers, track government fund disbursements, and handle specialized documentation. Understand and adapt to each customer's billing and documentation needs. Build and maintain detailed customer profiles, ensuring all supporting documentation is accurate and complete. Communicate with clients using tailored approaches based on audience and situation. Requirements: Must be able to commute to Livonia, MI 2+ years of experience with B2B collections, ideally with varied customer profiles Ability to pivot approaches effectively, based on each customer's situation Strong organizational skills for managing and gathering client documentation Ideals (preferred, not required): Accounting degree - associates, bachelors, etc. Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid sick time Vision insurance
