Job Overview - Seeking a full-time Senior Field Superintendent for the Beloit office. Candidates must have a proven ability to efficiently control construction activity through administrative direction to ensure the project is built in accordance with design and schedule. location: Beloit, Wisconsin job type: Permanent salary: $120,000 - 135,000 per year work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Project Management: Manage the overall responsibility for the physical construction of assigned projects. Planning & Scheduling: Oversee scheduling, workforce planning, and productivity of all crews at the worksite. Subcontractor Coordination: Coordinate carpentry, concrete, roofing, HVAC, and electrical subcontractors. Operational Oversight: Assist in cost control oversight and ensure projects stay on track. Safety & Quality: Ensure all safety and quality requirements are strictly met. Leadership: Provide consistent and fair application of all policies and procedures. Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of Superintendent experience working for a General Contractor. Transportation: Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and proof of insurance. Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States.
