We are currently looking to grow our team with a Production Assistant. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Perform all carpentry and labor tasks necessary to the successful completion of the project. Support all Project Managers and Carpentry staff as needed. Ensure the site is consistently clean, orderly, safe for all interactions, and secure from unauthorized access and weather impacts, minimizing disruption to the client Assist with material runs, site maintenance/housekeeping, and building inspections. Facilitate subcontractor site work and coordinate site services such as rubbish collection, portable toilets, and cranes. Represent the company positively during client interactions and monitor client satisfaction. What We're Looking For: A strong interest in the design-build construction trade, with a willingness to learn and grow into a full-time carpenter role. Ability to adapt to changing tasks and manage time efficiently. A proactive, team-oriented attitude and readiness to take on new challenges.
