Geneva - Maintenance Technician Maintenance Technician Location: Geneva, IL Dry Application Plant Pay: $24.77 - $32.32/hr. + shift differential 0.65 Weekly pay Eligible for annual wage increases and additional increases based on performance Referral bonus up to $2,000 per hire With overtime, average annual earnings can exceed $85,000 Shifts Available: Saturday and Sunday: Night Shift 10:00pm - 10:30am + 8-hour shift on Friday Saturday and Sunday: Day Shift 10:00am - 10:30pm + 8-hour shift on Monday 3rd Shift: 10:00pm - 6:30am What We Offer Health, dental, and vision insurance 401k with company match + HSA Paid vacation + 13 paid holidays Quarterly bonus opportunity Fitness reimbursement & employee battery program PPE and uniforms provided Recognition programs Referral program Career growth and advancement opportunities Job Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of manufacturing equipment and plant systems Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and utility issues Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities Adjust and install machinery, power, controls, and utilities Use hand tools and machine shop equipment (lathe, milling machine, drill press, welder, etc.) Create and document work orders, track parts, and log maintenance data Maintain a safe work environment and follow all PPE requirements Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities Qualifications 2+ years maintenance mechanic experience (manufacturing preferred) Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problems Technical training in mechanical/electrical systems; PLC knowledge preferred Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and production specs Strong problem-solving and data entry skills Must supply own tools High school diploma or equivalent required U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (sponsorship not available) Able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stoop, and work overtime/weekends as needed
