Functional D365 Business Analyst Location: Chicagoland Area - No relocation and No Remote Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 / Year Functional Ability: Microsoft Dynamics 365 | Global ERP Rollouts Benefits: Health/Medical, 401K, Long-term/Short-term disability We are partnering with a stable manufacturing organization seeking a Functional D365 Business Analyst to support 12 international ERP rollouts across global facilities. Sponsorship - None offered What You'll Do: Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations rollouts Gather and document business requirements Create process flows and functional documentation Participate in configuration, testing, and UAT Support manufacturing, supply chain, and finance processes Act as liaison between business users and technical teams What We're Looking For: 2-5 years of ERP Business Analyst or Cost Accountant or Supply Chain person that knows D365 Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance preferred) Bachelor's Degree required Strong communication and documentation skills Manufacturing experience in an inventory based organization required Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
