Clinical Manager - Behavioral Health Community Wellness Ventures - Washington, DC Community Wellness Ventures is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to oversee client care and provide supervision to our behavioral health team. This role supports children, youth, adults, and families through high-quality, person-centered mental health services while ensuring compliance, productivity, and clinical excellence. Responsibilities include: Oversee client care and supervise case managers, therapists, and interns Provide at least 10 direct service hours weekly Develop and implement treatment plans with a person-centered approach Ensure accurate, timely documentation in the EHR system Manage and support staff performance, training, and compliance with licensure/quality standards Intervene in crisis situations and provide psychotherapy, case management, and related services Qualifications: Master's degree or higher in Behavioral Health Minimum 5 years clinical experience and 1-year supervisory experience Independent DC license (LICSW or LPC required) Strong organizational, supervisory, and clinical skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why Join Us: At Community Wellness Ventures, we are committed to culturally competent care and empowering individuals to achieve recovery and wellness.
