Responsibilities - Drive the production and troubleshooting of complex multi-function RF modules from concept through all phases of the product life cycle - Independently analyze and resolve challenging technical issues, delivering creative and effective solutions - Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, systems, and circuit design engineers, as well as manufacturing and technical support teams - Utilize RF microwave test equipment and simulation tools for validation, verification, and troubleshooting - Lead and support failure investigations and root cause analysis within a production environment - Document technical data, create test specifications, and present findings to internal teams and customers - Contribute to continuous process improvements and product enhancements in high-reliability applications Required Skills and Experience - Active Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain, required for start) - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or STEM discipline - Minimum 5+ years of relevant RF engineering experience - Hands-on experience with hardware and RF/microwave test equipment - Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues within production settings - Strong communication and technical presentation skills - Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Preferred Skills - Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field - Defense electronics industry experience - Advanced knowledge of RF subsystems: antennas, transmitters, receivers, amplifiers, mixers, frequency generation/conversion circuits - Experience with microelectronics assembly techniques - Expertise in technical documentation and customer interface - Prior experience leading failure investigations and collaborating with manufacturing teams Benefits - Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package - Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and industry leaders - State-of-the-art laboratory and collaborative team environment - Career growth through professional development, mentorship, and training - Flexible shift structure (initial first shift training, then weekend/second shift options) How to Apply Advance your career at Client-where innovation meets purpose.
