Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Machinist jobs in Aurora, IL. These Machinist jobs are temp to hire opportunities! Machinist jobs require candidates to study blueprints, sketches, drawings and manuals within a manufacturing environment. If you meet the qualifications listed below - Apply Now! Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm plus overtime as needed. Pay: $21.75 per hour. Responsibilities for Machinist jobs include but are not limited to: • Finish the work piece, sequence of operations and set up requirements. • Measure, mark and scribe dimensions and reference points on material or workpiece. • Selects, aligns, and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments on machines. • Calculates and sets controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed, and coolant flow. Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Machinist jobs: • Ability to read drawings and tape measure accurately. • Have basic math skills. • Ability to learn how to operate band saw, drill press and beveling machines. • Ability to perform basic layout work. • Experience in use of measuring equipment.
