Position: Health and Wellness Coordinator Location: Trinity Landing Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Pay: $26.44 per hour Why Join Trinity Landing? Make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents Lead innovative personal training sessions and wellness programs Foster an environment of growth, engagement, and community Key Responsibilities Design and conduct personal training sessions and group wellness programs Provide vision, leadership, and oversight for all wellness initiatives Mentor and supervise student interns Support the organization and administration of wellness services and facilities What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field preferred (not required) 2+ years' experience in personal training and wellness programs In-depth knowledge of wellness practices and the ability to foster connections across programs Effective communicator and team player Relevant certifications in personal training and group fitness; experience in senior living is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to bend, stoop, climb, reach, kneel, balance, push, pull, squat, crouch, lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs Ready to Make a Difference?
