Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Qualifications and Responsibilities: Valid Texas LVN license, current CPR certification, driver's license, and auto liability insurance 6 months of pediatric home health experience as an LVN preferred (not required) Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in a home setting for 8-12 hour shifts, allowing them to remain with their families instead of an in-patient facility Care for clients with serious illnesses, disabilities, or those recovering from injuries or extensive surgery Assess client conditions during each visit, including vital signs, seizure monitoring, and care for gastrostomy tubes, tracheostomies, CPAP/BiPAP, and ventilators Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Benefits & Schedule: Full-time and part-time openings with day, night, weekday, and weekend shifts available across the Greater Houston area and surrounding regions Competitive pay with weekend and night differentials, plus employee referral bonuses Medical, dental, vision, life, STD, and LTD insurance options, along with a 401(k) plan Paid time off and paid holidays $22 - $26 an hour We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
