Job Description Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product compliance and excellence. Analyze data and generate reports to identify areas of improvement in production quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality-related issues. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues. Maintain and update quality documentation and procedures. Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company and industry standards. Provide training and guidance on quality standards to team members. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the Engineering & Manufacturing department. The Successful Applicant A successful Quality Engineer should have: 4+ years of related experience required in a quality organization working preferably within a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA-Registration, 21CFR820, and AS 9100 Deep understanding of PCBA process. Experience in a PCB low volume high mix or PCBA NPI desired. Knowledge of IPC-DVD-64C Component Identification. Understanding of IPC-A-620 and J-STD-001 requirements. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $90000 to $120000 USD.
