Job Title: Sign Installation / Assembly Technician Location: Forest Grove, OR Pay: $20-$22/hour (DOE) Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sign Installation / Assembly Technician to join our team in Forest Grove. This is a hands-on, temp-to-hire position with the opportunity for long-term employment based on performance. The ideal candidate enjoys working with tools, following instructions, and taking pride in high-quality finished work. Responsibilities: Assemble and prepare signage components according to specifications Install signs at job sites, including interior and exterior locations Read and interpret basic drawings, work orders, and installation instructions Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Measure, align, and level signage for proper installation Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Qualifications: Previous experience in sign installation, construction, assembly, or a related trade preferred Comfortable using hand and power tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required Must be able to pass a background check Schedule: Full-time, day shift Monday-Friday (overtime may be available) Why Join Us: Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to convert to a permanent position Steady work with a growing company Hands-on, skill-building role #zr
