Data Analyst Level 2 Location: Cincinnati, OH 45202 (Onsite) Duration: 6 Months(Contract to Hire) Pay Range: $65-$75/hr on W2 Join our analytics team as a Mid-Level Data Analyst, where you'll transform complex datasets into actionable insights that shape strategic decisions and drive business impact.Key Responsibilities Translate analytical findings into compelling narratives for executives, business partners, and technical teams. Present multiple solution options with clear risks, benefits, and expected outcomes. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities. Standardize data processes and improve quality through cross-functional collaboration. Required Skills & Experience Proficiency in Python and SQL for large, complex datasets. Experience with statistical modeling (regression, predictive modeling, machine learning, causal inference). Strong EDA skills to identify business drivers. Power BI expertise for dashboards and visualizations.
