We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician / Assembler to build, wire, assemble, and test industrial electrical control panels and electromechanical systems at our headquarters. This is a hands-on role working closely with engineering, production, and service teams to ensure our equipment is built to specification, tested thoroughly, and ready for shipment or commissioning. Responsibilities Assemble industrial control panels and electromechanical systems Perform point-to-point wiring (low and high voltage) Complete terminations, crimping, labeling, and cable routing Install and wire relays, breakers, contactors, sensors, VFDs, and power supplies Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings Perform mechanical assembly of frames, enclosures, and subsystems Conduct in-house testing (continuity checks, insulation testing, functional verification) Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) Troubleshoot wiring discrepancies and component issues Assist engineering with prototype builds and R&D initiatives Document as-built changes and maintain quality standards Maintain safe and organized work areas Provide occasional installation support if required Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in electrical assembly, panel building, or industrial equipment wiring Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, terminations, crimping, and cable management Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics Experience wiring industrial control components Familiarity with multimeters and electrical test equipment Mechanical aptitude and assembly experience Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Team-oriented with solid troubleshooting skills Preferred (Not Required) Exposure to PLC systems (wiring or troubleshooting) is a plus.
