Sr. Business Operational Analyst - CONTRACT - ONSITE

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and engineering sector, is seeking a Sr. Business Operational Analyst to join their team. As a Sr. Business Operational Analyst, you will be part of the Business Support & Administrative department supporting engineering and operational teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Sr. Business Operational Analyst Location: Onsite (U.S.)/REMOTE Pay Range: $60/Hour on W2 What's the Job? Lead budget and headcount management for engineering client groups, supporting General Managers. Own fiscal year planning, forecasting, spend tracking, and executive reporting. Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with finance, engagement managers, and organizational planning teams. Prepare and deliver executive insights, reports, and presentations. What's Needed? Associate Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 10+ years of relevant experience managing large-scale, complex budgets. Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis techniques such as forecasting and variance analysis. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
