They will work in partnership with the facility u2019s Director of Physician Services, the Assistant Vice President of Operations and with the Regional Medical Director in their market. The ideal candidate will be a highly effective communicator- one that is comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization and able to successfully partner with facility leadership and ancillary departments. This individual will also have a passion for maintaining the highest quality standards and value Practice stability and retaining our talented team members. Bread & Butter cases. Ortho, Robotics, GYN, Urology. No hearts. No heads. No OB. No Peds. Need to be Block proficient. No overnight call. Beeper call from home until 11p with minimal call back rate. Late start, 11am for Call Doc and stays until last case. Rotate weekend call coverage.
