We boast two primary care locations and 6 school-based health centers providing quality value-based care for over 20,000 patients. Benefits: Health Insurance and Rewards Program Dental, and Vision Insurance Free Life & Short-Term Disability Insurance 403(b) Retirement Plan with employer match Comprehensive Paid Time Off (PTO) 10 Paid Holidays Position Summary: The Facilities Supervisor supports the Facilities Director by coordinating day-to-day facility operations, supervising assigned staff/contractors, and overseeing minor repairs and small projects to keep sites safe, functional, and patient-ready. This role manages preventive maintenance and work order execution, coordinates vendors, and ensures timely completion of facility needs while escalating higher-risk items and strategic decisions to the Facilities Director. Key Responsibilities: Operations & Work Order Management Coordinate daily facility support across assigned sites (repairs, maintenance requests, basic troubleshooting) and ensure timely closure of work orders. Track and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and related work order data/logs; ensure documentation is complete and organized. Conduct routine site walk-throughs; identify repair needs and coordinate corrective actions (minor projects and improvements). Vendor & Contractor Coordination Coordinate outside vendors/contractors (quotes, scheduling, site access, oversight of work quality, follow-up) for maintenance and minor projects. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding timelines, disruptions, and project status. Supervision & Team Support Provide daily direction and prioritization to facilities/maintenance staff (if assigned) and/or coordinate contractor work to meet operational needs. Support staffing coverage planning (routine coverage, urgent issues, scheduled maintenance). Safety & Readiness Promote safe work practices and basic hazard awareness; report and escalate safety concerns promptly. (OSHA-style hazard recognition/abatement is a common baseline expectation.) Maintain a clean, safe environment in coordination with the Director's overall facilities program. Scope Clarifier (important for your budget) This role supports execution and minor project oversight; capital planning, strategic facilities planning, and primary regulatory/compliance ownership remain with the Facilities Director. Physical Requirements / Work Environment This position primarily works in healthcare and administrative facility environments and requires regular on-site presence across assigned locations. The role involves both office-based coordination and hands-on facility support activities. The employee must be able to: Frequently stand and walk for extended periods throughout facilities and grounds Bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and climb stairs and ladders as needed Lift, carry, push, and pull materials or equipment up to 75 pounds independently Use hand and power tools and operate basic maintenance equipment safely Work in mechanical spaces, utility rooms, and other areas with varying temperatures, noise levels, and lighting conditions Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and use of protective equipment Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Travel between organizational sites as needed Respond to urgent facility issues outside of normal business hours Qualifications: Required Highschool Diploma / GED Specialized certification in Facilities Management, Building Systems, or Workplace Safety Three (3) years experience in facilities, maintenance, building operations, or similar environment with hands-on exposure to building systems and repair.
