You are essential to our business's success and the shop's productivity. Each day, you expertly assess workloads, schedule technicians accordingly, and deliver hands-on repair and maintenance training to ensure smooth and seamless workdays. Paying close attention to detail, you manage invoicing and ensure financial documents are accurate. You're also responsible for client satisfaction, delivering exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and promoting our incredible business. FORKLIFT REPAIR SHOP LEADER REQUIREMENTS 2+ years of experience as a forklift mechanic 1+ years of experience in a field or shop service environment Experience building motors, transmissions, and hydraulic pumps Excellent customer service and time management skills The following criteria are preferred but not required: Factory training Formal automotive training Trade school or ASE certifications Mechanical experience in an industrial or plant environment Ready to coordinate an efficient workflow, oversee quality mechanical services, and elevate your management skills?
