In this full-time night shift role, you'll provide critical nursing care to patients experiencing medical emergencies, trauma, and acute illnesses. Key Responsibilities - Emergency RNRapid Patient Assessment & Response: Evaluate patients upon arrival to determine severity, initiate appropriate interventions, and triage care based on urgency. Deliver High-Quality Emergency Care: Administer medications, IVs, and emergency treatments. Monitor vitals and manage rapidly changing clinical conditions. Collaborate with Emergency Teams: Work side-by-side with ER physicians, respiratory therapists, and medical staff to execute timely, coordinated care. Support Patients & Families: Provide clear updates and emotional support during critical and often high-anxiety situations. Ensure smooth discharge or transition to inpatient care. Maintain Emergency Protocols: Follow all safety procedures, infection control measures, and documentation standards required in a fast-paced emergency setting.
