Job Summary Our client is seeking a dedicated Scheduler to join their team. The primary responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, managing patient scheduling in a fast-paced environment, and maintaining professionalism while handling patient inquiries. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and ensure reliable attendance. Manage patient scheduling efficiently in a high-touch environment. Float between clinics as needed to support operational demands. Maintain professionalism when responding to patient inquiries in a clinical setting. Qualifications 1+ year of professional work experience. Proven customer service skills. Experience in a medical or clinical setting preferred. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is preferred. Experience with patient scheduling software or call-center systems preferred. Previous experience in oncology or specialty clinics is a plus. Skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Ability to handle scenario-based patient questions professionally. Additional Requirements Willingness to work optional overtime and some weekends for team support.
