Maintenance Technician- 2nd Shift

Sign-on Bonus $4,000 Sign-on bonus available. $2,000 after 90-days of employment with final $2,000 after 1-year of employment. 1st phase of automation completed in March 2025, 2nd phase completed December 2025 3rd phase began December 2025. Maintenance Technician 3rd shift MTNA - ETERNITY SYSTEMS Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in York, PA, USA. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our washing and sanitizing industry equipment and facilities. This is a full-time 3rd shift, regular employment position that requires hands-on expertise and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. Shift Hours 2:30pm - 11:00pm M-F with Saturday on rotation for PMs. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial washing equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic issues. Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment. Provide training and support to junior technicians as needed. First & Second installations of automation have been completed. One more section of automation is scheduled before the end of the calendar year. Safety & Continuous improvement are top priorities. Qualifications We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional who meets the following criteria: Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or service industry. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
