Join a dynamic team providing essential technical support to ensure smooth computer operations that empower users to meet their business goals. This role involves troubleshooting technology issues, configuring and maintaining both physical and virtual desktops and mobile devices, installing and upgrading desktop applications, and offering clear, patient instruction and support to staff members. Essential Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day reliability and performance of desktop and mobile environments by delivering first-level technical support, escalating and assigning issues as needed. Respond promptly and professionally to assistance requests, gathering necessary information to resolve problems efficiently. Manage support tickets by prioritizing and resolving issues or delegating appropriately. Research, create, and update technical documentation to support knowledge sharing. Perform hands-on or remote troubleshooting, including software installation, hardware setup, and system configuration. Conduct preventative maintenance such as cleaning and checking workstations, printers, and peripherals. Administer Active Directory objects across multiple domains and manage system accounts following established procedures. Provide on-call and after-hours support when required. Adhere to privacy and security regulations concerning Protected Health Information (PHI). Maintain effective communication and professional relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners. Education and Experience Minimum of 2 years in a client support role within a medium to large enterprise environment. At least 2 years hands-on experience with Windows technologies including Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, and Microsoft Windows. Associate's degree in a computer-related technology field preferred. Experience in healthcare-related environments is a plus. Licenses and Certifications CompTIA A+ certification preferred but not required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Proficient in implementing, administering, maintaining, and supporting Google Workspace, Microsoft desktop operating systems, Microsoft Office, virtualization platforms such as Citrix Workspace, and mobile device management in enterprise settings. Strong understanding of data privacy laws and confidentiality practices. Knowledge of basic computer hardware and change management processes. Highly self-motivated with excellent attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in high-pressure situations. Physical Requirements Medium work involving occasional exertion up to 50 lbs and frequent exertion up to 10 lbs. Expect to stand or walk 26-50% of the workday.
