Carolina Core FC - Professional Soccer Position/Title: Corporate Partnerships Business Admin & Finance Intern Under the Direction: Partnerships Activation Manager Compensation: Hourly rate on match days / Set-Up & Break Down of Field Duration: Summer 2026 (May - August) Class Credit: REQUIRED Position Overview: Carolina Core FC is an independent MLS Next Pro club based in High Point, NC. Our Corporate Partnerships Business Admin & Finance Intern will assist with managing all partnership initiatives. In the best interest of personal and professional growth, interns will learn how to establish and maintain corporate relationships, use asset tracking software systems such as Trak, communicate with all partners regarding invoice payments, and collaborate with our internal business administration initiatives. Additional responsibilities may include events within 40 miles of CCFC Headquarters. Job Duties: Assist in the management of CCFC's partnership assets Assist the sponsorship department during promotions and events Track and record invoices throughout all partnership initiatives Assist with sponsorship gameday activations Support relationship between Carolina Core FC and partner Managing Accounts Receivable for Corporate Partnerships & Ticketing Building reports and managing related projects Special projects including (but not limited to) communication of new market approaches, programs, new assets, etc. Research and gain knowledge on industry trends Generate co-branded giveaway ideas for partners Assist in CCFC's communication strategy for sponsorship payments Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: Basic knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of soccer is a plus, but not required Carolina Core FC is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
