Position Overview As a Car Wash Second Assistant Manager, you'll support the General Manager and First Assistant Manager in daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure customers leave happy and vehicles spotless. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coach team members Ensure top-notch customer service and resolve concerns Maintain safety and operational standards Manage equipment and inventory Train and develop staff Support profitability goals and performance metrics Perform general car wash duties as needed What We're Looking ForEntry-level: No prior management experience required High school diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years or older Must have a valid driver's license Reliable, coachable, and eager to grow Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays) Work EnvironmentOutdoor, active role in all weather conditions Frequent physical activity is required (bending, reaching, stooping, stretching, and stepping in and out of vehicles).
