Clinically sustainable caseload size Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on assessment findings Provide direct behavior analysis services to individuals, including skill acquisition training and behavior reduction strategies Collaborate with team members, including Behavior Analysts and other professionals, to ensure effective treatment planning and implementation Collect and analyze data to track progress and make data-driven decisions for intervention adjustments Provide behavior management strategies and techniques Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation Stay up to date with the latest research and developments in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Requirements and qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or related field required Minimum of two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges Experience working within an school setting a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in data collection, analysis and documentation
